Also known as WLAN. This is a radio interface for microwave frequencies. Wifi operates in the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz spectrum. It is limited in broadcasting power due to its unlicensed nature, 100 mW is not uncommon.

Wifi emulates Ethernet and is thus susceptible to ARP poisoning.
