Bocconcini salad
- Cherry bocconcini if possible, otherwise slice bocconcini ball to size of cherry tomatoes
- Cherry tomatoes (small marble sized tomaotes, otherwise slice tomatoes to this size)
- Basil cut into the same size pieces
Place the mixture on a plate, and try to get one of each in every bite. A great sharing plate with wine.
